Tick tock, our reopening countdown has started!
Following the latest announcement and updated guidelines from the government, we are pleased to announce that we are hoping to re-open our clinic from the 12th April.
We are busy in the background readying our clinics for our reopening, to ensure the safest, most comfortable environment for your visit. In the meantime, you can check out our current offers here.

Your safety, and that of our team is as always, our top priority and we’ll be opening under the safest conditions, in line with our enhanced safety protocols, so you can relax knowing you’re in good hands. You can expect the following to be in place in our clinic:
- COVID-19 temperature checks
- Track and trace system
- Social distancing
- Strict hand hygiene for all employees and patients
- All our employees will be wearing appropriate PPE for the best protection possible
- Thorough cleaning & disinfecting with a high-grade disinfectant between each appointment

Following the latest Government announcement of a national lockdown in England, we regret to inform you that Jill Zander will be temporarily closing with all appointments postponed until a later date.
Due to the escalating nature of COVID-19 and the tighter restrictions on travel, it is vital we play our part in helping to support and protect our NHS colleagues.
As a leading medical business, we are proud to have developed best practice safety protocols, and as always, the ongoing safety and care of our clients and teams is our number one priority.
All our decisions, regarding COVID-19 are made in conjunction with leading industry safety bodies as well as our expert medical teams, to ensure we are making the right decisions at the right time.
In due course, we will be in touch to re-book your appointment for a later date. As you can imagine, our clinic teams are incredibly busy, so please bear with us while we get in touch with all affected clients over the next few days and please do keep an eye on our website and social media updates.

Following the latest Government announcements and introduction of tier 4 across parts of England, we want to update you on what that means for your upcoming appointment at Jill Zander.
We are sorry to confirm that our Jill Zander clinic will be closed. We are however pleased to inform you that we are able to move some appointments over to our sister medically-led brand sk:n Clinics across the road to provide support to clients that require on-going medical treatments.
sk:n Clinics remain open during the restrictions and will continue to treat as many clients as possible within the parameters of the government guidelines. The wonderful team at Jill Zander will contact you with further information regarding affected appointments.
sk:n Clinics are proud to offer our treatments in a CQC registered, clinical environment, ensuring clients the highest standard of safety and care which is why sk:n are able to safely keep clinics open. When you visit sk:n, you can be assured that you will be in the safest hands.
The following measures and precautions are in place enabling sk:n to remain open safely:
• CQC registered with all procedures taking place in a clinical environment
• Daily COVID-19 temperature checks
• Track and trace system
• Social distancing
• Strict hand hygiene for all employees and patients

We’re pleased to announce that in line with the latest Government guidance, we can now safely welcome you back into clinic for all treatments from 2nd December.

Following the latest government announcement, we want to reassure you that our clinics will remain fully open until 8pm on Wednesday 4th November 2020, with your safety at the heart.
Until then, please feel free to continue to attend your appointment as normal.
Jill Zander is operating in the safest COVID-secure environment possible with industry leading safety protocols in place. We always have and always will provide the highest level of safety and care.

Our Safety Policy
We have worked hard to create a leading safety policy for our clinic ensuring that when you visit Jill Zander, you will be in safe hands. Here are just some of the measures we have implemented to ensure our clinic provides you with the safest and most hygienic conditions possible:
Pre-Appointment
Only clients with pre-booked appointments are able to come into our clinics. We ask that you attend alone wherever possible and limit the number of personal items you bring. Please don’t wear jewellery and if you’re having a facial treatment, please remove all make-up in advance. We will also ask you a set of screening questions prior to your appointment and you will receive a contactless temperature check on arrival.
Social Distancing
We will stagger our appointment times to reduce the number of clients in our clinic. Our waiting area will also be spaced according to government guidelines to maintain social distancing practices. And, where required, our reception desk will be fitted with screens.
Hand Hygiene
We are enforcing strict hand hygiene for all employees and clients, requiring them to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds before all treatments, and any activity that could result in hands becoming contaminated. The clinic will also be fitted with hand sanitising dispensers for client use, on arrival and before leaving our clinics.
PPE
Our employees will all be wearing full PPE gear offering protection for them and for our clients. We will be providing our clients with face masks on arrival to wear for their appointment.
Cleaning & Disinfecting
We use high grade disinfectant and are introducing more frequent and thorough cleansing in our clinic, with time built in between each appointment to clean our treatment rooms before the next client arrives.
Treatment Delivery
Our medical teams will undergo training to ensure that they follow strict medical protocols when delivering treatments.
Infection Control Audit
We are introducing a regular infection control audit to ensure our clinics are COVID-19 secure.
