At Jill Zander we are thrilled to now be offering the life-changing Alevere® Therapy – a doctor-led, rapid weight loss and body transformation programme.
Alevere® Therapy combines a medically-devised, easy-to-follow eating plan with bi-weekly treatments designed to break down stubborn fat and tighten skin. Alevere® has helped thousands of people transform themselves – and their lives – by becoming slimmer, healthier and happier. At Jill Zander, we can help you become a part of that success story. We offer continual support and advice, all overseen by a qualified doctor, so you’re in safe hands every step of the way.
What is Alevere® Therapy?
Alevere® Therapy is so much more than just a diet. During your weight loss journey you will receive:
An in-depth, one-hour doctor consultation, which includes detailed blood tests
An initial Medgem metabolic test to identify your suggested calorific intake and fat analysis
A weekly supply of Alevere® food
Regular doctor consultations with blood tests to review progress and results
A course of vitamins and supplements tailored to your individual needs
Weekly one-hour body contouring and ultrasound treatments
An in-depth doctor review upon course completion
The Alevere® eating plan is broken down into eight different stages. In Stage 1 you will begin by eating five food sachets a day, accompanied by a permitted vegetable allowance. You will also come in to clinic for weekly treatment sessions to improve the contours of your body and tighten your skin as you lose your weight.
As you progress through the therapy you will require fewer food sachets, as more food groups are reintroduced. Eventually you will become completely independent from Alevere®, having reached your goal weight, with a better understanding of what is required to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The Alevere® Therapy process
With Alevere® you will not have to starve yourself or spend your life in the gym. And you won’t feel hungry, weak or bored with the wide selection of foods available. STEP 1 : Meet with your doctor
Alevere® therapy is devised and delivered by doctors, which means you will always have access to expert support and advice from a qualified medical practitioner. Your doctor will meet you for an initial consultation to determine your suitability for the diet and will then schedule weekly visits to assess your progress. STEP 2 : Follow the Alevere® Diet
You will be given food replacement sachets to eat, plus a list of permitted fruits and vegetables. As the diet progresses you will gradually decrease the sachets until you are at your goal weight and feel confident enough to continue your new healthy lifestyle without Alevere®. STEP 3 : Skin Treatments
Each week you will have two in-clinic treatments that will break down stubborn areas of fat and tighten your skin. The treatments are painless, effective and beneficial in shaping the contours of your body as you lose the weight. STEP 4 : Continue to your goal!
You will repeat Steps 1-3 until you have stabilised at your goal weight and are able to maintain a healthy lifestyle without Alevere®.
What will I be eating?
You will begin the programme with our precisely designed Alevere® eating plan, which contains a large number of vegetables – many of which can be eaten in unlimited quantities. You can easily use these to prepare a variety of tasty dishes, and we will provide instructions on how to do this. These vegetables are supplemented with special Alevere® food sachets. These contain natural, purified proteins and amino acids to ensure that your daily protein intake remains optimal throughout your weight loss.
You will not be eating less – or less often. You will probably be eating more than before – but eating differently. You will not feel weak, tired or hungry; in fact, many patients tell us they find it difficult to consume all the food they are meant to eat in a day! After the initial stages of the plan, we will help you to gradually decrease the sachets and reintroduce conventional food.
Frequently Asked Questions
Here are a selection of frequently asked questions to help you learn more about Alevere®.
How long will it take to lose my weight?
The speed of your weight loss will depend on a number of different factors. On average, our Alevere® patients lose approximately one stone (14lbs) per month if they stick to the plan and have the weekly treatments.
Is it safe?
Yes. In order to be accepted onto the plan you will need to meet with a doctor for blood tests and some general health checks. If you are suitable for Alevere® you will receive regular health check-ups as you progress through the programme.
What treatments are involved?
Two treatments complement the diet plan: Endermologie, which improves skin tone and tightens the skin; and Med Contour, which helps to break down the fat cells and flush them out of the body.
Why do normal diets usually fail?
Normal diets fail for a number of reasons: lack of direction, impractical meal plans or disappointing results. Alevere® Therapy works because it is specifically designed to counteract these common setbacks by providing you with the motivation and education you need, in addition to meal plans that keep you satisfied.
Alevere® Therapy costs vary for each individual, but on average it costs £210 per week. Call us today on 01372 231883 for your personalised quote.
